At capSpire, we’ve always believed that growth is about more than just numbers. It’s about people. That belief will soon take center stage as we prepare to launch a global series of company retreats celebrating the remarkable contributions of our teams and aligning on the exciting journey ahead.
With the theme “Momentum: Powered by People, Fueled by Growth,” capSpirians from across North America, Europe and APAC will gather in three inspiring locations: Austin, Texas; the Algarve region of Portugal; and Goa, India. Each retreat will offer a local experience, but all are connected by a single purpose, to reflect, reconnect and reenergize.
These gatherings come at an important moment. One year ago, we welcomed a private equity partner to help us accelerate growth and strengthen our capabilities. Since then, we’ve expanded globally, taken on some of the most complex projects in the energy and commodities sector, and continued to deliver on our promise to clients.
