Our 10-week capSpire Ignite programs consist of up to ten new hires who are excited about the opportunity to jumpstart their career. The result is a tight-knit group completing individually-tailored plans of foundational knowledge and practical training taught by capSpire partners and senior consultants.

By providing students with the opportunity to solve complex challenges faced by clients using the processes, infrastructures, and systems our consultants use every day, they establish strong foundations for their future as innovators, problem-solvers, and change-makers.
At capSpire Ignite, you’ll dive into the energy and commodities markets, learn how we drive value for clients, and get hands-on with top C/ETRM systems like Allegro, RightAngle, Openlink Commodities, Aspect, and more. Then, it’s your turn—team up for a capstone mock implementation where you’ll apply your technical skills to real-world challenges and bring it all together.
