We did it again. In 2018, for the sixth year in a row, capSpire has been recognized among the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. As a result of 152% growth in revenue over the last three years, capSpire ranks #2,734 on the prestigious Inc. 5000 List, which is published annually by Inc. magazine.

This is an incredible achievement because most companies don’t earn a spot on the list more than once. Fewer than one-tenth of Inc. 5000 honorees attain the milestone of five consecutive years on the list, and only 6% have made the list six times.

The Inc. 5000 List celebrates the 5,000 most inspiring companies from a wide range of industries, along with the overall value, jobs, and innovative products and services they create. Each summer, Inc. magazine announces rankings based on factors that include revenue and job growth.

capSpire has come a long way since our inception as a start-up in Fayetteville, Arkansas, in 2009. Today, capSpire is a world-class technology consulting and solutions company with an established presence throughout the U.S. and Europe. In 2017, that presence expanded with the opening of a new office in Houston, Texas. This is capSpire’s sixth office globally and second office in Texas. capSpire’s European reach is growing, too. Recently, capSpire announced the expansion of our analytics practice in Europe, which will be spearheaded from the Cork, Ireland, office.

In 2017, capSpire’s consulting practice continued to grow tremendously and we further cemented our status as a go-to expert for implementing and enhancing trading and risk systems. Key areas of growth in our consulting practice include analytics and advisory offerings, such as reviewing business processes and assisting in the selection of commodity trading and risk management (CTRM) systems. capSpire’s managed services offering, in which our consultants offer ongoing, immediate functional and technical support for CTRM systems on an on-site or remote basis, also experienced robust growth.

Last year, capSpire provided consulting services to 60 companies in 13 countries throughout North America, Europe, and Australia.

 

Additionally, in 2017 capSpire’s Gravitate solution introduced a critical new feature: our online trade-execution platform. This platform has fundamentally transformed how energy wholesalers and marketers present prices and execute trades with customers. Now, customers can purchase products online 24/7 using web or mobile apps, which makes the process more convenient, efficient, and flexible.
