Tulsa Energy Professionals group offers networking opportunities each quarter for professionals from a variety of participating energy corporations
TULSA, Oklahoma: Tulsa Energy Professionals announces its fall networking mixer for energy professionals on Thursday, November 14 from 5:00p.m. until 8:00p.m. in the Mayo Hotel Museum Room. The quarterly event brings together energy professionals to gain insights into industry trends, collaborate with colleagues, and meet new business connections.
The Tulsa Energy Professionals (TEP) group is comprised of a number of prominent businesses in the Tulsa area with the intent of bringing people together to network and share information about emerging trends in the energy industry. Global consulting and solutions firm capSpire, located in downtown Tulsa, spearheaded the creation of Tulsa Energy Professionals and continues to serve as event organizer and sponsor of group events.
“We are excited about the Tulsa Energy Professionals group and thrilled about the interest we’ve received from attendees and sponsors. This type of organization has been missing in Tulsa and there’s a large energy community here that is participating. TEP events are unique networking opportunities that bring together wide array of energy professionals. Members of TEP range from traders and accountants to developers and senior management,” says capSpire VP of Marketing and Software Sales Trent Amos.
All energy professionals are welcome to attend one of the TEP events. While there is no membership fee or cost to attend the quarterly happy hours, participants are encouraged to RSVP at http://tulsaenergyprofessionalsnovember.eventbrite.com. Two networking mixer events were held in 2013 with business professionals representing energy organizations, energy software providers, energy consulting firms, and staffing companies in attendance.
“It has been encouraging to see the participation and interest in the Tulsa Energy Professionals LinkedIn group and networking mixer events. We welcome other energy-focused organizations to get involved or sponsor an event in 2014 as our group gains in popularity and size,” says capSpire Recruiter Megan Coger.
The Tulsa Energy Professionals networking group can be found on LinkedIn. Upcoming events are posted on the LinkedIn page as well as capSpire’s Facebook page.
