Over the last eight years, capSpire has made tremendous progress. For the fourth consecutive year, Inc. Magazine included capSpire on its Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies. In 2016, caSpire expanded both total revenue and employee headcount by 30%, while working with more than 60 companies in 13 countries around the world. 2016 also saw tremendous growth in Europe with capSpire LTD quadrupling its revenue over 2015.
Also for the fourth consecutive year, capSpire won the When Work Works Award. This prestigious award recognizes U.S. companies of all types and sizes for using effective workplace strategies that enhance business and employee success. Award recipients are evaluated on six factors associated with employee well-being and engagement: opportunities for learning; a culture of trust; work-life balance; support from supervisors; employee autonomy; and satisfaction with earnings, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Notably, capSpire is the only company in Oklahoma and one of three companies in Arkansas to win this prestigious award in 2016.
