the organization as Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, Rich brings more than 30 years of industry experience working and building relationships in prominent international markets including Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and the U.S., along with a wealth of knowledge of commodity trading and risk management (E/CTRM) systems.“As capSpire continues to grow in key regions around the world, Rich will be instrumental in helping our organization scale as a true global entity. We’ve built a long- term presence in many l regions of the world, where we have enjoyed great success, and today we are a global leader in the E/CTRM space. As Chief Revenue Officer, Rich will lead capSpire’s customer-facing organization, establishing
standardized sales and client-engagement processes worldwide while working in concert with our already well-established Delivery teams. As a professional who has spent a significant portion of his career overseas, Rich is well positioned for success in this role.“Rich’s high degree of comfort with the business practices and processes of different areas of the world, including those that capSpire is targeting for expansion, make him a real asset in this leadership position,” said Jim.
