Jeff Hardcastle is the co-Founder of capSpire and has spent much of his career designing, implementing and customizing credit solutions for RightAngle. He is often engaged with CreditCenter implementations as the subject matter expert and has seen many successes and pitfalls of the tool. Jeff is uniquely positioned to advise clients on best practices and build vs. buy decisions for credit tools. Jeff is a 1996 Graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
Jeremy Koontz is a Managing Consultant at capSpire with 7 years of experience in the energy industry. He has had the benefit of participating in many implementations and upgrade projects that have allowed him to understand the best-of-breed approaches for many customizations of RightAngle. He has experience in the following commodities: crude, NGL, refined products, CPG. Jeremy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
James Fox is the Credit Risk Manager for United Energy Corporation (UEC) and all of its subsidiaries, including United Energy Trading, LLC. James joined UEC in October 2017 from NGL Energy Partners where he fulfilled the role of Credit Risk Manager. James has also held roles at Koch Supply & Trading and Repsol Trading USA, where he became well rounded in commodity trading with experience in Risk, Credit, Contracts, and Compliance.
