Speaking of magic, our capSpire Ignite graduate program is nothing short of it. Imagine a fully customized curriculum, designed to set every new hire up for success. Over the course of eight weeks, they take on complex challenges, experiencing a blend of niche industry knowledge and practical training taught by capSpire founders, partners, and senior consultants. As they emerge on the other side, they do so with a solid foundation from which to jumpstart their careers.
That said, we believe that professional growth is a continuous process. That’s why we routinely pair team members of every level up with project leaders and other colleagues.
