This year, capSpire celebrates a decade of bringing our better ways to the commodity-trading and risk management industries. In honor of this milestone, we’re reflecting on how far the company has come from its early days in 2009 and how much we’ve accomplished in just the last year.

Once a small, RightAngle-focused consultancy in Fayetteville, Arkansas, capSpire today is a global consulting and solutions company with Allegro, Ion, and Microsoft partnerships; proprietary solutions; seven offices spanning three continents; a team of approximately 115 people, which is a 15% increase from last year; and more than 60 Fortune 1000 clients in 13 countries throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Australia.

capSpire’s success is evident in the award-winning streak the company enjoyed throughout 2018. For the sixth consecutive year, capSpire earned a spot on the prestigious Inc. 5000 List by Inc. magazine. capSpire has also won the When Work Works Award from the Society for Human Resource Management five years in a row. Additional honors in 2018 include an “Arkansas Business of the Year” Award, a Top Company Culture Award from Entrepreneur magazine, and certification as a Great Place to Work® in Ireland.

Our success is rooted in our ability to continually evolve and expand our service offerings to adapt to market changes. However, as capSpire grows we’ve remained true to our culture and to our commitment to developing top talent that delivers next-level solutions to our clients.

Over the last year, capSpire’s data-analytics and digital-transformation practice has grown significantly and has created value for clients as they seek to leverage emerging digital technologies and evolve their organizations. capSpire has also launched an Openlink Endur practice.

Recently, capSpire opened a seventh office in Sydney, Australia. This is our first office on the continent, and it provides a permanent base from which to conduct operations and to better serve our clients in this region.
